PROFILE

Nevada-grown White Wheat and Yellow Corn are the base of this unique offering from The Depot. A vast departure from the dry gins before it, the High Country Gin has a fuller mouthfeel and underlying sweetness. 

The botanical additions are a departure from tradition as well. While juniper berries remain in the forefront and ring familiar with established gin fans, use juniper and pine notes shares the stage with broad citrus notes. Orange, curacao, ginger and a floral character make this a distinct product.

High Country Stroll 

• 2oz High Country Gin 

• .75oz Lemon Juice 

• .5oz Honey

Shake and strain in a coupe glass; finish with a lemon peel.
