This is a small barrel bourbon, which brings to the forefront all the wonderful characteristics of American Oak. With proper care, a small barrel can coax out notes of honeysuckle, vanilla, caramel and coconut. 

Also unique is the four-grain mash build. Incorporating corn, barley, wheat and rye bring a deeper nuance to the spirit, as opposed to more traditional bourbons with fewer varieties of grain. Sweet and smooth, earthy and spicy are all brought in through careful formulation and execution of the mashing.

Biggest Little Smash

•  2 oz Biggest Little Bourbon

• 1 oz Lemon

• .75 oz Maple Syrup 

• 4-6 Mint Leaves 

Shake with ice, strain and serve with fresh ice and top with mint.
