Bright citrus notes of tangerine and grapefruit are the showcase of this easy drinking IPA. Beneath the pronounced hop character, a restrained maltiness with notes of honey comes through as the brew finishes with a subtle bitterness.
The aim of a proper West Coast IPA is to strike a balance between a pronounced and flavorful hop profile, and keeping the beer easy-drinking. The hops selected are added late in the brewing process to avoid harsh bitterness, resutling in a bright, citrusy flavor. Filtered brilliantly clear, the body of the beer is full enough to hold up the hops but restrained enough to keep this beer our most popular offering since we opened our doors in 2014.
Characterized by fairly intense hop aroma with big hits of tangerine and grapefruit, this brew also classically exhibits a sunset orange color with a rocky, tight head that holds together well.
